interact with the local sellers and
purchase some of ingredients to be
used in our cooking lesson.
9:30 - 10:00: Back to the hotel,
take a rest with a cold drink of
fruit juice or mineral water with
compliment at Hoi An Garden
Restaurant.
10:15 - 11h30: Starting cooking
class: presented and guided by Hoi
An Restaurant’s Chef
11:30: Enjoying your self-prepared
lunch
